Express Recruitment are proud to be working on behalf of a global SaaS organisation who continue to go from strength to strength. As their global presence continues to grow, our client is seeking a Manager who can demonstrate core competencies in a variety of technical project areas, particularly Salesforce implementation, migrations and optimisations. Please note this is a hybrid working role, although you will have the choice of working from one of two office locations. You will be expected to attend the central London or Lincoln office 2 days per week.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of managing a range of IT projects across the business, including enterprise application system migrations, integrations and consolidations.
- Carry out strategic project planning and data/business information gathering.
- Assess the business have enough internal resources to deliver IT projects within the pre agreed SLAs.
- Conduct frequent meetings with key stakeholders and business leaders to ensure they are well informed throughout the project cycle through to delivery.
- Manage projects including Salesforce CRM implementations, office 365 migrations, data warehousing, on prem SaaS migrations, data migrations and digital transformations.
- Ensure IT governance, policies and regulations are fully adhered to at all times.
- Create project schedules and inform project team members of assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Certified project management professional (Prince 2, PMP).
- Previous experience implementing Salesforce and CPQ modules into a large SaaS organisation highly desirable.
- Experience in delivering large scale digital transformation projects, including CRM/ERP implementations.
- Full knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Lean methodologies.
- Up to date knowledge of IT security and governance compliance standards.
- ITIL certified highly advantageous.
- Demonstrable proficiencies in working with Salesforce, Atlassian Suite, MS 365 and Sage advantageous.
- Confident communicator on all levels, including stakeholders.
- Ability to inspire, motivate and influence others.
