This role is ideal for an experienced property professional with lettings or estate agency experience, who is confident building relationships, negotiating offers and managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to tenancy. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a competitive basic salary of £28,000, alongside an attractive uncapped commission structure. Experience within the property, lettings or estate agency sector Experience working towards sales or lettings targets, with the drive to maximise commission opportunities Confident, organised and proactive, with a full UK driving licence and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Manage the full lettings process from initial enquiry through to securing successful tenancies Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and proactively work with applicant databases Advertise available properties and support marketing campaigns to generate new business Ensure all lettings meet required compliance standards while delivering a high level of customer service We supply a diverse range of sectors including Engineering, Technology, Professional Services, Languages, Sales & Marketing, Call Centres, Commercial, Manufacturing, Local Authority, NHS, Education and Voluntary organisations.
