We’re on the search for a highly motivated, ambitious and customer-focused professional to join a well-established and professional Estate Agency with a strong presence in Leicester City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional looking to progress their career within a fast-paced and supportive environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the branch, delivering exceptional service to landlords, tenants, buyers and vendors alike. The role offers the chance to work within a close-knit and professional team where no two days are the same. You’ll be heavily involved in both sales and lettings activity, whilst gaining exposure to all areas of property management and client relations.

The basic salary for the role is up to c£26,000 with an OTE of c£40,000 alongside excellent long-term career prospects within a respected independent agency.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings, negotiating sales and lettings between applicants and landlords/vendors
  • Uploading and marketing properties across online platforms whilst liaising with landlords, tenants, buyers and vendors
  • Managing incoming email, telephone and walk-in enquiries from prospective clients
  • Coordinating property compliance including EPCs, gas safety certificates, inventories, photography and floorplans
  • Handling administrative duties including compliance documentation, reports and general branch support
  • Organising maintenance works, coordinating tradespeople and supporting the wider team to ensure excellent customer service levels
Skills & Experience
  • Previous Estate Agency or property-related experience is essential
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a small team whilst also using own initiative independently
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using CRM or property management software would be advantageous
  • Professional and personable approach when dealing with clients and contractors

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30am – 6pm
Salary: Up to c£26K + c£40K OTE per annum depending on experience
Location: Leicester City Centre
