Express Recruitment are proud to be working on behalf of a rapidly growing Midlands-based IT Services Provider, who due to continued success and ongoing expansion are currently seeking a customer-focused Account Manager to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account growth. A strong understanding of IT services is desirable to effectively support client needs and collaborate with technical teams. The role involves meeting clients throughout the Midlands, so a full UK driving licence is required. In return, the successful candidate can expect to receive a competitive salary of c£40,000, plus additional employee benefits.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with an existing client base, acting as the main point of contact
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling services
- Arrange and attend regular meetings on site with clients across the Midlands
- Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Proactively review client accounts to identify areas for improvement and added value
