Base pay range
The salary on offer is up to c£45,000 (pro rata for 3 days) D.O.E., with flexible hybrid working patterns and a range of other benefits.
About the Role
Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with a forward-thinking, global retail business, who are recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a part-time capacity in order to support an internal maternity cover.
Responsibilities
- Partner with and support key internal and external stakeholders
- Management of local HR service employees inclusive of leadership and development support
- Support on wider recruitment processes including the coordination of job postings, reviewing candidates and offers of employment
- Advise on complex employee relations cases and act as HR point of contact, providing support on minor cases with support from HR Assistants
- Oversee all areas of HR projects and local implementation of policies and procedures
Skills & Experience
- Diverse HR expertise with proven success in a generalist role at business partnering level
- CIPD Qualification highly desirable
- Extensive experience of managing internal and external stakeholders is essential
- Strong understanding of UK employment law
- Proven experience implementing and delivering projects
