Express Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a forward-thinking financial services lending provider, who are recruiting an experienced HR Admin to work in their Nottingham office. The successful candidate will hold experience working within a HR function with strong attention to detail and documentation experience and must have good knowledge of HR & Recruitment terminology.
In return, there is a hybrid working policy starting salary available of up to c£30,000 alongside a great benefits package including 25 days holiday plus stats, health insurance, eyecare scheme and a modern office with a games and breakout room.
- Support the management team with daily HR/employment related queries
- Liaise with internal colleagues, assisting with all HR matters
- Make amendments to confidential documents including contracts
- Provide recruitment support to include the creation of Job Adverts and CVs
- Update confidential personnel records, ensuring adherence to the Data Protection Act
- Offer in-depth support and guidance following official HR policies and procedures
- Work closely with Payroll and Accounts to ensure deadlines are met
Skills & Experience
- Experience within a HR Generalist role, ideally ‘standalone’ is essential
- Strong, demonstrable knowledge of employment laws
- Ability to support with the recruitment process
- Excellent knowledge of Data Protection and GDPR regulations
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm – Office Based

Salary: Up to c£30,000 per annum D.O.E
