Based in modern, open-plan offices you’ll play a key role in providing hands‑on administrative work with exposure to all aspects of financial services, and a clear pathway to progress within the business with the potential to develop towards a Paraplanner or Adviser role in the future.
This is a full time office‑based position offering a starting salary of £28,000 (rising to £30,000 after successful 6‑month probation), alongside a market‑leading benefits package and the chance to work within a collaborative, people‑focused environment. Hybrid working will be considered upon successful completion of probation.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to Financial Advisers
- Liaise with clients, providers and advisers throughout the advice process
- Prepare cash flow modelling data and portfolio comparison analytics
- Assist with fund switches, attitude to risk questionnaires and suitability letters
- Maintain accurate and compliant client records
- Process new business applications and liaise with providers to ensure timely completion
Skills & Experience
- Experience as an administrator within a financial services environment
- Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance advantageous
- Confident using Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems
- Ability to manage data accurately and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
