Express Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly professional financial services business. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive PA. This is a pivotal role combining high-level executive support with hands-on financial services administration. The successful candidate will be trusted with sensitive information, client relationships and complex workloads requiring exceptional discretion, organisation and communication skills.

In return, the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary alongside an excellent benefits package including 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) and a 10% non-contributory pension scheme within a supportive and professional working environment.

  • Provide proactive diary, inbox and meeting management for a senior stakeholder
  • Prepare meeting packs, reports, follow-ups and documentation
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, providers and internal stakeholders
  • Complete IFA administration including LOAs, valuations, appointment packs and new business processing
  • Liaise with providers and maintain accurate and compliant records at all times

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a similar PA role ideally having worked in financial services
  • Organised with the ability to manage senior-level demands independently
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Curo is highly advantageous
  • Discreet, professional and able to prioritise accurately under pressure
