Express Recruitment are proud to be working with a company based in Nottinghamshire who are looking to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team, providing support to a member of the executive board.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, having worked as EA/PA, or as secretary.
Our client is offering a fantastic salary of c£35,000 along with great benefits including private healthcare, 30 days holiday with the option to buy an additional 5.
- Provide executive support around diary, inbox and travel management to member of the executive board and partners
- Manage meetings and events, complex relationship management, drafting a range of correspondence, reports, presentations and other materials
- Gather information and prepare papers and presentations for both internal and external meetings
- Organise meetings and oversee all related preparations, ensuring all requirements are met in advance
- Provide minute-taking support during meetings as required

- Proven experience in a similar role, assisting and supporting at an executive level
- Consistently demonstrates professionalism, respect and confidentiality
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated and confident in both independent and team-based roles
- Exceptional ability to manage tasks efficiently while maintaining precision
