Express Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an independent, well established SaaS Consultancy firm that provide world class ERP manufacturing solutions to a broad customer base across multiple manufacturing industry sectors, including Aerospace and Defence. Due to continued companywide growth, they are seeking the addition of an ERP Finance Functional & Implementation Consultant to join their wider team of implementation specialists on a full-time basis.
Their successful candidate will not only design and implement ERP solutions, working with the firm’s flagship software, but will also act as a specialist Consultant across the company’s finance and costing modules. Their ideal candidate will be able to provide confidently and comprehensively one on one consultancy services with C-Level Stakeholders and Finance Directors, to demonstrate benefits of upgrading ERP subscription to include Finance and Costing modules.
In return, you will receive a generous starting salary of up to £60,000 alongside generous benefits including non-contractual performance bonus, company car, hybrid working options, flexible working hours, pension, and a generous holiday scheme. Please note, this role can accommodate mostly remote working, on the agreement that you will be required to attend customer sites when required.
Roles and Responsibilities- Collaborate with wider team to deliver end to end ERP & Finance solutions
- Carry out detailed investigations into customers current system usages/subscriptions to advise the best ERP modified solution to meet their business needs
- Identifying problems with customers current software systems and offering viable solutions
- Upsell benefits or upgrading to ERP subscription which includes Finance and Costing modules
- Support wider implementation with integration and migration projects
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and customers on each phase of the implementation project
- Set up face to face and online meetings with Senior Accountants AND CFOs to maximise on upgrade opportunities
- Perform training of end users on rollouts of upgraded ERP system
- Work with the wider technical team to help develop UI modifications and automate workflows
- Demonstrable experience in delivering multiple ERP implementations, ideally within the manufacturing sector
- Degree in Computer Science or similar technical field
- Possess in depth knowledge and understanding of accounting principles, ideally within the manufacturing sector
- Capable of communicating system transactions and capabilities to Director level Finance Professionals who are not tech savvy
- Capable of explaining financial transactions and key functionality to non-finance professionals/finance system users
- Confident in training multiple end users on financial system functionality
- Experienced in migrating systems from on prem to cloud
- Confident building good relationships and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Full UK driving license
