The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lead process. From developing conversion strategies and overseeing CRM data quality, to collaborating with internal stakeholders and coaching a Business Development Executive. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of up to £40k, plus a £2k quarterly bonus, 25 days holiday plus stats, health insurance plus more.
Roles & Responsibilities- Develop and deliver lead generation and conversion strategies with measurable ROI
- Track and report weekly enquiry performance, ensuring 100% of outcomes are recorded in the CRM
- Qualify inbound enquiries and maximise conversion into instructions
- Maintain and monitor response time targets across all stages of the sales cycle
- Oversee CRM pipeline management, ensuring accuracy and progression of all leads
- Line manage and coach employees, setting KPIs and providing structured feedback
- Experience in a similar sales management role
- Communication skills: confident, articulate and persuasive
- Ability to use data and insight to make decisions
- CRM and marketing automation experience essential
- Organised, results-driven and able to manage performance for themselves and others
