Express Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a people-focused, fast-growing business in their search for a People Operations Manager, supporting with HR, recruitment and culture. The role also supports two other businesses within the group. This role will suit an experienced and hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business, supporting both employees and leadership with a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-first approach.
The working hours are offered either full time, Monday to Friday, or part time, across 4 full days or 5 shorter days. There is a competitive salary of up to £40,000 alongside an excellent benefits package including an EV car scheme, enhanced annual leave, company socials, and strong career progression opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities- Lead the day-to-day people operations, ensuring smooth and efficient business functioning
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience
- Develop and maintain performance management frameworks, including probation reviews and ongoing feedback cycles
- Manage all HR administration, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records via HR systems
- Lead on benefits and people analytics including annual pay reviews
- Proven experience in a similar HR management role
- Good understanding of HR administration, payroll, and employee lifecycle management
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Holder of, or studying towards CIPD Level 5 or 7
- Full UK driving licence
