Skills & Experience
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a high responsibility setting

Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a residential care setting, ensuring a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children
- Develop, implement, and review personalised support plans and safety protocols in line with statutory regulations
- Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated team, including performance reviews, training, and professional development
- Coordinate enriching activities and experiences tailored to individual interests and developmental needs
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, regulatory requirements, financial management, and reporting standards
