Express Recruitment are delighted to be representing a rapidly growing Property Management company that are looking to hire a Joiner/Multi-Tradesperson on a full time, permanent basis to join their team. The successful candidate will carry out specialist joinery works and general maintenance and building works across residential and commercial properties throughout Dartford and South-East London areas.

Their ideal candidate will have demonstrable Joinery experience with experience in a secondary trade highly desirable from the following: Plumbing, Carpentry, Building, Roofing, Decorating, and Plastering. Due to the nature of the role, a full, clean UK driving licence will be required to apply for the role.

For the position, the company is offering a generous salary of up to £46,000 per annum, company van, PPE, uniform and tools provided. Overtime is available plus opportunities for call out bonuses. All daily travel to sites is paid for.

Skills & Experience
  • Apprentice trained or NVQ Level 3 qualified in Joinery & Carpentry
  • Proven hands-on experience in a trade from the following list is highly desirable: Plumbing, Carpentry, Building, Roofing, Decorating, and Plastering
  • Hard working with a good attitude towards maintaining high standards of work
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Confident customer service and client relationship skills, mainly with tenants and property developers
  • General knowledge of Health and Safety practices
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Travel across South East London and very occasional South Coast areas to residential and commercial properties
  • Carry out general maintenance and building service works
  • Perform a range of joinery and carpentry duties, including hanging doors, building kitchen & bathroom cabinets, laying laminate and oak flooring etc.
  • Report new works and maintenance issues to the management team
  • Respond to emergency call outs when scheduled on the rota

Job Location: Dartford, Greater London

Salary: Up to £46,000 per annum D.O.E

Job Type and Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm with overtime available
