Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established market-leader in the construction sector, as they search for an Customer Enquiries Specialist to join their fun and friendly team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident sales professional looking to take the next step in their career at a reputable employer, with a clear vision and progression opportunities.
You will inherit a daily list of warm inbound enquiries and there will be no cold calling in the role!
In return for your hard work, you can expect to receive a basic salary of c£25,000 per annum, alongside a bespoke commission structure with up to c£400 per month in additional uncapped earnings.
There is also excellent career growth opportunities and move into a senior sales or Sales Estimator position.
- Act on warm inbound enquiries by performing outbound calls to new and existing clients
- Respond to inbound enquiries via email in a timely manner
- Bridge the gap between clients and the technical team to ensure a satisfying client experience
- Be a company ambassador and represent the company to a high standard at all times
- Provide accurate quotations to clients over the phone and via email
- Upsell products where possible
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience within a sales or customer service role
- Confident telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills
- Passion to develop a long term career in sales
- Previous experience within the construction or manufacturing sectors is preferred
- Previous experience using a CRM would be beneficial
