We are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded professional services firm based in Leicester, who are seeking an organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment. The role will involve providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Partners and Fee Earners, helping to ensure the smooth running of the team while managing a varied workload.

Skills & Experience- Previous experience within a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Strong communication skills with a professional and confidential approach to client interactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive, adaptable and able to use initiative while working independently and as part of a team
- Providing comprehensive PA and administrative support to Partners and Fee Earners, including diary management, correspondence and document preparation
- Organising meetings, events and travel arrangements, taking meeting minutes and following up on actions where required
- Managing client enquiries, expenses, team deadlines and a variety of complex administrative tasks
- Supporting business development activities, events and marketing initiatives alongside internal teams
- Maintaining accurate records, scanning and filing documents, and providing general office support as required
Job Location: Leicester, Leicestershire
Salary: c£30,000 per annum D.O.E
Job Type and Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday (Office Based)
