Express Recruitment are proud to be working with a world-renowned software company who are continuing to exceed expectations. Due to continued rapid growth across the globe, our client is seeking the addition of a corporate events coordinator to join their rapidly growing team. The successful candidate will ideally hold a previous experience in corporate events due to the fast paced position, with the successful applicant being expected to manage around 5 events per month, through a mixture of trade shows, online events and external locations.
In return, the successful candidate will receive an excellent benefits package which includes a competitive starting salary up to £30,000 an immensely generous holiday package, time off in lieu private health insurance, company sick pay, income protection scheme, pension scheme, flexible working and hybrid working options. Due to the global nature of the role, candidates may be also afforded to opportunity to travel to events in the US and Australia rarely as required.
- End to end management and coordination of company events
- Attending and networking within all schedule events
- Ensuring all stakeholders are being engaged and updated with event itinerary
- Ensuring all events meet the budget requirements
- Assuring all content and promotion engagement is seamless and relevant
- Updating all relevant data and commercial opportunity within the sales force CRM
Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrable experience managing and end to end events schedule essential
- Strong Stakeholder management skills essential with the ability to influence action
- Negotiation and budget management experience
- Technical ability with a CRM system desirable
- Full UK driving licence
