Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and successful law firm as they look to recruit an Administrator to join their busy department based in Chesterfield. You will provide essential administrative and assistant support to an experienced fee earner helping to ensure files are progressed efficiently and clients receive a high level of service. The role will also involve supporting the wider department and on occasion providing cover at a nearby office when required. This position would suit someone looking to develop a career within the legal sector in a supportive environment.

Roles & Responsibilities- Provide general administrative support including typing, filing and use of the case management system
- Assist with transaction management including diary management and chasing outstanding information
- Support with routine client and estate agent communications via telephone and email
- Manage general file administration including file opening, maintenance and closing
- Assist with routine conveyancing and marketing activities as required
- Experience working in an office-based administrative role
- Excellent communication and IT skills
