Express Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading professional services business who are seeking a Business Development Representative to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be confident in engaging with new prospects, managing a pipeline and qualifying opportunities to support wider company growth. This role is perfect for someone with proven sales experience who is eager to hit targets, manage data accurately, and collaborate closely with account managers and key stakeholders.
There is an excellent renumeration package on offer including a basic salary of up to £30k plus a generous commission structure, private healthcare plus much more. This is hybrid working 3 days in the office with 2 days at home.
- Call potential clients to generate and book new business appointments
- Qualify prospects effectively to maximise conversion rates
- Maintain accurate data within the CRM system
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Work closely with the Account Management team to identify growth areas
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a similar sales role, ideally within a professional services environment
- Clear and confident communicator with excellent listening skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Teams
- Long term career ambitions
