Express Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading fire and security business based near Nottingham, who are looking to recruit a sales professional to join their expanding office team.

Taking responsibility for networking and making outbound calls to potential B2B customers, promoting products and services, and arranging appointments for field-based sales consultants, the successful candidate will have experience in a customer-facing sales position.

Benefits include Company car or allowance, Salary up to £50,000DOE and a fantastic commission scheme with a fully remote role and occasional office visiting.

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists and website leads
  • Introduce and promote our products and services to potential customers
  • Provide information about product features, prices, and benefits
  • Record customer details and sales information accurately in the software system provided
  • Follow up with potential customers to close sales or schedule appointments for onsite visits
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Skills & Experience

  • Experience within Fire and security sector (Essential)
  • Ability to effectively communicate product information and benefits to potential customers
  • Proficient in using computer software systems for data entry and customer management – all training will be provided
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
