Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fast‑growing and successful consultancy business based in Birmingham City Centre, who are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a target‑driven individual who enjoys building relationships, speaking with clients, and working within a fast‑paced sales environment.
There is a starting salary of £28,000 on offer, with a highly attractive commission structure offering an OTE of £50,000, working Monday – Friday 9:00 am‑5:30 pm, with hybrid options available (3 days in the office and 2 from home).
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within sales or a target‑driven environment
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self‑motivated with a proactive attitude
- Excellent organisation and time‑management skills
- Proactively contacting prospective business clients via telephone
- Managing inbound enquiries and promoting company services
- Building strong client relationships and maintaining excellent communication
- Working towards and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
