Building Services Assistant

Our client is currently looking for Building Services Assistants to provide maintenance support across a rapidly growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties in and around the central Leicester area.

The ideal candidate will have interpersonal skills and a ‘hands on’ attitude towards work.

It is essential candidates have a full driving license for this role. If not, you need not apply.

• Ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and tidy
• Conduct regular fire alarm and emergency lighting health checks
• Mowing lawns and surrounding grass areas, weeding and planting flowers
• Maintain the surrounding areas, such as gardens, footpaths and driveway areas
• Comply with company health and safety policy
• Thoroughly report any additional property maintenance issues found
• Carry out general trade related tasks, including basic joinery, plumbing, painting & decorating

Skills & Experience

• General trade related maintenance skills and experience
• Full UK driving license
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Organisational and time management skills
• Flexibility with overtime and occasional emergency call outs
