We are currently recruiting for an experienced Building Control Service Manager to join a well-established Planning & Building Control service based in Colindale, London. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled building control professional to take on a senior leadership role within a forward-thinking organisation.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of statutory building control functions, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and providing specialist technical expertise across complex and high-profile developments.

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience within Building Control services
  • Class 3 Building Inspector/Specialist registration or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of Building Regulations and associated legislation
  • Experience managing or supporting complex development projects

Responsibilities
