Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a long-established and highly reputable legal practice in their search for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their Boston based team. This role offers a competitive salary dependent on experience alongside an excellent benefits package including generous holiday entitlement, staff discount on legal fees, income protection, life assurance at 3x salary, a salary exchange pension scheme and access to an Employee Assistance Programme. The successful candidate will join a supportive and professional environment with a strong focus on quality client care and long term career development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion
- Prepare and process searches, contract documentation, enquiries and completion formalities
- Liaise with clients, estate agents and third parties to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Generate new work, convert quotations and identify opportunities for cross-referral
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal procedures and financial controls
Skills & Experience:
- Experienced Conveyancer with proven ability to manage a busy residential caseload
- Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process and relevant legislation
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Confident communicator with a strong focus on client care and relationship building
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:15
