The successful candidate will be an essential member of the team leading on HR policy and culture across the business. They are a family run business with a strong culture and friendly team offering up to c£40,000 per annum D.O.E. and other great perks.
Responsibilities:
- Lead on all aspects of HR within a mid-sized SME
- Influence positive change within the team
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and development
- Maintain regular communication with the senior team to support culture
- Utilise knowledge of UK employment law to advise on HR policy and employee relations
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a strategic human resources role with strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Proven experience bringing strategic change in a previous HR role
- Confident bringing your own ideas to the table
- Level 5 CIPD qualified or higher
