Due to continued expansion and increased demand, this is an excellent opportunity for a qualified assessor seeking a stable and rewarding role with long-term prospects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out energy assessments on residential properties and producing accurate Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), while advising clients on energy efficiency improvements.

Skills & Experience
  • Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) with valid accreditation
  • Membership with an approved accreditation scheme (e.g., Elmhurst, Stroma, ECMK)
  • Strong understanding of residential construction and energy efficiency principles
  • Experience using EPC software and data collection tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage own schedule
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site energy assessments of domestic properties
  • Collect detailed data on property size, construction, insulation, heating systems, and ventilation
  • Produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) using approved software
  • Ensure all work complies with current legislation and accreditation standards
  • Provide guidance to homeowners, landlords, and agents on improving energy efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes
  • Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines and service requirements
  • Ensure up to date knowledge of legislation changes in energy efficiency regulations and best practices
  • Assist with the undertaking of Stock Conditioning Surveys on Residential Properties

Job Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland

Salary: c£15.00 per hour D.O.E

Job Type and Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time, Temporary
