Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with an industry leading Software Company who are recruiting a Technical Project Manager to join their expanding team, based on the outskirts of Oxford. This is a highly reputable firm, recognised as one of the top tech consultancies and software service providers.
The successful candidate will possess previous experience in a project management role, with a focus on delivering SaaS solutions for customers, in the form of implementations, integrations and system optimisations.
On offer is a truly unique and enticing remuneration package, including:
- Basic salary of up to c£50k DOE

Roles & Responsibilities
- Build strong rapport with clients, whilst understanding their business and stringent software requirements
- Listen carefully to customers' key pain points regarding their current systems, to explore software solutions that would work for them
- Collaborate with the wider team to plan resource allocation and scope for upcoming projects, ensuring projects are delivered successfully in a timely fashion
- Finalise project deadlines and ensure the wider team are aware, keeping them abreast of any key changes throughout the life cycle
- Support other departments, including sales, marketing and software development
- Act as primary point of contact for customers, gathering information on technical queries
- Mentor and coach junior project members, allocating appropriate workloads to aid their growth and development

- Experience in a similar project management role, ideally within the B2B professional service sector
- Proven experience in delivering CRM implementation and integration projects essential
- A natural communicator with a passion for successful project execution and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Proficient end user of HubSpot CRM system highly desirable
- A keen interest in technology/software with an understanding of how and when to utilise AI across marketing activities
