Express Recruitment are proud to be working with a growing business within the automotive industry who are looking to recruit a Customer Sales Advisor to join their busy team.

There is an excellent remuneration package on offer including a basic salary of c£30k plus up to c£200 per month bonus, 32 days holiday per year, access to a company gym and excellent career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers, including email and online chat
  • Provide guidance on products, services, and solutions
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of customers and transactions
  • Prepare documentation including invoices, proformas, credit notes, and shipping labels
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience within the automotive industry (parts sales, service desk, or workshop background ideal)
  • Understanding of vehicle components, systems, and fault symptoms
  • Ability to communicate technical information to customers
  • Previous customer-facing or telephone-based experience preferred
  • Passion for creating and excellent relationship building skills
