The successful candidate will carry out specialist joinery works, working with technical drawings to manufacture high-end bespoke joinery items. Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable experience as a Bench Joiner, preferably within commercial joinery.
- High level of craftsmanship with strong attention to detail and the ability to work to precise tolerances.
- Competent in the use of woodworking machinery, power tools, and CNC-assisted processes.
- Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Reliable, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manufacture bespoke joinery items.
- Work from technical drawings, CAD plans, and design specifications to produce accurate components.
- Produce high-quality joinery using a combination of traditional woodworking skills, hand tools, and modern machinery.
- Create complex pieces including curved forms and detailed joinery using a range of quality materials.
- Assemble and finish products to a high commercial standard, ready for installation.
- Maintain a clean and organised workshop while following all relevant health and safety procedures.
- Work closely with project teams to meet production schedules and maintain quality standards.
