This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected organisation recognised for its people-first culture, having achieved Investors in People Platinum accreditation.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading teams, shaping services, driving positive outcomes, and ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding and person-centred care are delivered throughout the service.

In return, the successful candidate will receive a salary of c£35,000, 25 days holiday plus.
