Express Heating Co Ltd is a Commercial Heating and Ventilating company that has operated in the central belt of Scotland for over 50 years. The company primarily works for Local Authorities, Universities, MOD Sites and large FM contractors.
The company is looking for a variety of roles within the Commercial Heating industry all offering competitive pay. Successful applicants will be working with a well established Installation Team as well as assisting the Maintenance and Service team. Successful applicants will be put through a variety of Health and Safety training courses and ongoing technical training. The company is part of the industries Trade Association \"The BESA\" and offers their Welplan scheme which incorporates long term sick pay, death benefits and holiday agreements.
Role Summary
We are seeking skilled Commercial & Industrial Heating & Ventilation Engineers to join our team covering the Scottish Central Belt.
You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing and repair of commercial heating and ventilation systems.
Requirements
- City & Guild/SVQ Commercial Heating and Ventilation Engineers
- Proven experience installing commercial heating systems
- Strong mechanical & problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- Ability to ARC weld (favoured but not essential)
- Ventilation installation or fabrication experience
- Commercial Gas Qualifications - Pipe Fitting, Testing and Purging
- Additional HVAC or mechanical qualifications
