We are currently seeking an exceptional Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a part time basis (20 hours per week) for a period of six months to support current and upcoming campaigns during this period of growth. This is an exciting time to join us as we strengthen our team to support increased demand, enhance our capabilities, and maintain our high standards.

The main duties of the Recruitment Specialist role will include:
- Proactively managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle from candidate attraction, through to on-boarding ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout.
- Build and execute robust sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Driving direct hires and proactive sourcing of passive candidates through networking, direct approaches, referrals, advertising and other innovative recruitment techniques.
- Managing relationship with recruitment agencies and consultants.
- Providing on-going support to hiring managers throughout their recruitment process, advising on best practice.
- Managing the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the business.
- Support the development and promotion of our employer brand and employee value proposition.
To be successful in this Recruitment Specialist role, you will have:
- Previous experience of in-house recruitment preferably within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
- Knowledge of recruitment process best practice.
- Confidence in dealing with a range of stakeholders, with demonstrable ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong organisation skills, be self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience of coaching and advising managers in recruitment best practice.
