Caretaker

Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming clearing paths and emptying bins

• Clean and sanitize toilets and replenish supplies as needed

• Basic small maintenance duties

• Opening and locking up building

• Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways and lobbies

• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred

• Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment

• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

• Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes, * cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

• Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

• janitorial: 1 year (preferred)
