Exposure Ninja is hiring! We’re a dynamic Digital Marketing Agency, and we’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Sales Consultant to join our Ninja family. Driven by a passion for impact, our Ninjas craft innovative, jargon-free strategies that enable clients to understand and engage with their marketing.

As the Senior Sales Consultant, you are responsible for driving new business growth and increasing total sales revenue for the company. You will collaborate closely with key colleagues and stakeholders to support the achievement of the company’s commercial goals. This role requires a proven ability to self-generate and close sales, a strong understanding of marketing principles, and the capability to build and nurture high-quality relationships with prospective clients. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, guiding prospects through the sales process, and contributing to the overall success of the business. This is a results-based role and you will be expected to show progress towards the department’s targets.

Our Senior Sales Consultant's Key Priorities are as follows:

  • Increase revenue through new business sales in line with the company’s goals and client criteria.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless handovers, marketing alignment, and high conversion throughout the sales pipeline.

Our Senior Sales Consultant’s Core Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and engage new prospects through cold outreach, networking, event attendance, and research to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Close New Business Revenue: Generate profitable new business sales, including recurring revenue marketing contracts and fixed-term projects.
  • Team Mentorship: Support the Sales Director by mentoring other sales consultants as needed, sharing expertise to develop skills, foster professional growth, and contribute to the team’s success.
  • Maximise Client Lifetime Value: Build long-term, profitable client relationships by ensuring smooth handovers and setting clear expectations throughout the sales process.
  • Reporting and Accountability: Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management via tools like HubSpot. Provide feedback to the Sales Director on lead quality and ensure clear reporting of sales results to relevant stakeholders.
  • Professional Development and Innovation: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging tools, and sales best practices. Take initiative and contribute new ideas on how to grow the sales department and attend at least one industry conference per year to drive learning and innovation.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years in a sales role, preferably within digital marketing, advertising, or a related industry.
  • Experience in generating your own pipeline through outbound sales activities.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Web Development, and content marketing, etc).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.

  • Commission: Uncapped but a realistic target for the first year would be £22,000 - £30,000.

Location: Whilst this is a remote working role, you will be required to travel to London and attend industry events occasionally.

Hours: This is a full-time UK permanent position of 40 hours per week, including paid breaks. You will be required to be available Mon - Fri for 5 hours between the hours of 9am and 5pm GMT. The remaining hours are flexible.
