About Us: At Exposure Ninja, we specialise in multi-channel digital marketing, selling SEO, Content Marketing, Paid Media, Branding, Website Design and Development. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant with a minimum of 3 years sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both inbound and outbound sales, including prospecting, outreach, sales calls and closing. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing services, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to meet new sales targets.
Our Sales Consultants key focuses will be:
- Deliver sales reviews to our inbound leads and close sales.
- Generate new sales opportunities through prospecting and outreach.
- Run effective discovery calls and sales discussions, and prepare sales pitches, plans and proposals.
You will pitch both remotely and from time to time at in-person sales pitches. Our Sales Consultants are responsible for:
- Hitting your monthly and quarterly sales targets through closing new clients on both long-term contracts and one-off projects.
- Managing your own lead pipeline in Hubspot and keeping this updated with your lead progress.
- Leading remote and in-person sales pitch meetings with new clients to sell our marketing services.
- Coordinating with internal specialist teams (SEO, Content, PPC etc) to tailor your sales pitches to your leads.
- Keeping up to date with digital marketing news and developments to ensure you can effectively sell our services.
- Attending sales and marketing conferences to meet new leads and arrange sales meetings.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years in a sales role, preferably within digital marketing, advertising, or a related industry.
- Experienced in generating your own pipeline through outbound sales activities.
- Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Web Development and content marketing, etc).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.

Salary: £32,000
Commission: Uncapped but a realistic target for the first year would be £10,000 - £15,000
Location: Whilst this is a remote working role, you will be required to travel to London and attend industry events occasionally.
Hours: This is a full-time UK permanent position of 40 hours per week, including paid breaks. You will be required to be available Mon - Fri for 5 hours between the hours of 9am and 5pm GMT. The remaining hours are flexible.
