Job description About Us: Our client is an award-winning, well-established heating and plumbing company known for delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship. With over 40 years of experience, they take pride in building long-term relationships with customers based on trust and reliability. The Role: They are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to join the team. Your primary role will be to promote and sell boiler and heating maintenance contracts and make follow-up calls to customers who have already received quotations from the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a trusted and reputable company where your efforts will be rewarded with a competitive bonus structure. Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote maintenance contract services. * Follow up on quotations sent by surveyors and engineers to convert leads into sales. * Build strong customer relationships through friendly, professional, and persistent communication. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system. * Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. * Handle customer objections and queries confidently and effectively. * Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. What Weβre Looking For: * Previous telesales or customer service experience (ideally in a similar industry or B2C environment). * Excellent communication and persuasion skills. * Confident, enthusiastic, and results-driven approach. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills. * Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
