The Role:
They are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to join the team. Your primary role will be to promote and sell boiler and heating maintenance contracts and make follow-up calls to customers who have already received quotations from the team. Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote maintenance contract services.

Follow up on quotations sent by surveyors and engineers to convert leads into sales.
* Build strong customer relationships through friendly, professional, and persistent communication.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
* Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
* Handle customer objections and queries confidently and effectively.
* Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
What Weβre Looking For:
* Previous telesales or customer service experience (ideally in a similar industry or B2C environment).
* Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
* Confident, enthusiastic, and results-driven approach.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
* Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am β 5:30pm

Pay: Β£27,000.00 per year
