Key Responsibilities

  • Manage onsite registration for events of all sizes, from intimate conferences to massive 80,000+ attendee gatherings.
  • Serve as the main onsite contact for clients, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
  • Setup, operate, and breakdown registration equipment with ease.
  • Quickly troubleshoot technical issues to keep things on track.

What You Bring

  • You are skilled at clear, effective communication and keeping everyone in the loop.
  • Experience in hardware setup and configuration is essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products is a plus.
  • A full UK driving license and flexibility to travel are required.
  • Have a flexible approach to working hours: Not every day is a 9-5 day. This role involves traveling across the UK, with the flexibility to stay onsite for events. There may also be opportunities for international travel.
