Requirements
- We require 6+ years of experience in data science or machine learning, including at least 2 years in a technical lead role.
- We require deep experience training and deploying computer vision models into production.
- We require a proven track record in LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and productionisation.
- We require deep experience with MLOps on Azure, including CI/CD, monitoring, and scaling pipelines.
- We require strong coding skills in Python, with frameworks such as Py Torch, Fast API, and Azure CLI.
- We require applicants to be free to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- We develop, train, and deploy computer vision models, including object detection, image classification, segmentation, and multi‑modal learning.
- We fine‑tune, evaluate, and productionise multi‑modal LLMs for business applications.
- We drive experimentation and prototyping of advanced ML and AI techniques.
- We provide technical direction, mentoring, and hands‑on guidance to the data science team.
- We work with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align ML strategy with business goals.
- We architect and productionise end‑to‑end ML pipelines on Azure, ensuring scalability, reproducibility, and monitoring of deployed models.
