Job Description
Excellent opportunity for a Mid-Level Dynamics 365 Developer to join an internationally known, forward-thinking, Dynamics 365 Sales end user as their internal subject matter expert for all things Dynamics. You'll be tasked with driving user adoption on Dynamics, based on input from the company product owner, to ensure it is working efficiently and effectively, through development, configuring, and customising the delivery of solutions within Dynamics.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the product owner, and cross-functional teams, to ensure deliverables meet business specifications and translate user stories into functional/technical solutions.
· Design and deploy Dynamics 365 customisation, including creating custom modules, workflows, and reports, using PowerAutomate, PowerApps, and PowerBI.
· Provide tailored technical and functional support to users for Dynamics, managing their requests and troubleshooting when and where necessary, including liaising with 3rd party support partners.
· Identify opportunities to enhance Dynamics functionality and drive greater user adoption.
· Integrate Dynamics with other business applications and third-party tools to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within Dynamics.
· Provide training and support to end-users to maximize Dynamics adoption and utilisation.
· Maintain comprehensive documentation of Dynamics configurations, customizations, and processes.
· Stay current with best practices and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and optimizations.
What We Are Looking For:
· Proven functional knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Sales.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication.
· Knowledge of Power Platform, in particular PowerAutomate, PowerApps, and PowerBI.
· Experience with API's, Integrations and connecting applications.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
· Full project lifecycle experience (preferred).
Skills:
· Experience working with Dynamics 365 sales, specifically doing configurations, customisations and integrations.
· Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML + Power Platform
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to foresee potential system issues and prevent them.
