This role combines technical data analysis with building surveying expertise, focusing on the validation and quality assurance of stock condition, HHSRS, Decent Homes, and RdSAP data. The successful candidate will review survey outputs, identify inconsistencies, and collaborate closely with surveyors to resolve data issues and ensure accuracy across asset datasets.
