The Role: They are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to join the team. Your primary role will be to promote and sell boiler and heating maintenance contracts and make follow-up calls to customers who have already received quotations from the team. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote maintenance contract services.
- Follow up on quotations sent by surveyors and engineers to convert leads into sales.
- Build strong customer relationships through friendly, professional, and persistent communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Handle customer objections and queries confidently and effectively.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
What Weβre Looking For:
- Previous telesales or customer service experience (ideally in a similar industry or B2C environment).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am β 5:30pm
