Your new role
* Working in a Data Centre environment, providing customer support ensuring Service Levels are maintained and the ticketing system is fully up to date
* Work alongside experienced engineers, learning from them through structured training programs and on-the-job experience
* Learn a range of technical skills including cabling/patching and the installation of server, network and storage hardware
What you’ll need to succeed
* No experience required – just a willingness to learn with a friendly, professional and flexible attitude
* You must be able to pass security checks for this job, including SC and BPSS clearance
* Full UK Driving License and your own personal car is essential for this position
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail

Hours: 8.5 hour shifts Mon-Fri, between the hours of 6am and 11pm + on call.
