Your new role:
- Championed by Lee Wade our CEO, the Sales Academy programme has been running since 2008. We have a proven track record of transforming ambitious and industrious individuals into high calibre sales professionals. Many of our previous alumni have achieved amazing career success, securing enterprise clients and achieving professional heights including leadership roles.
- Your first 6 weeks will be spent training; learning how to qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach and social engagement whilst learning how to upskill, negotiate and close deals.
- You will have the opportunity to work closely alongside senior sales team mentors and gain exposure to the full sales life cycle working and supporting on sales opportunities.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- An aspiration to earn financial recognition for successful performance.
- A can-do attitude, high achievement drive and a natural aptitude for sales.
- A strong work ethic, plus excellent communication skills.
- Experience of working in a sales environment is not essential, however it is the desire to be successful that is most important.
