Customer Retentions Executive Location: 100 Leman Street, London, E1 8EU (hybrid) Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 17:30pm Want to be part of a leading British-owned tech company? Your new role * Promote the businesses services to the highest standard through upsell and cross sell to existing customers. * Using empathy, patience, and first-class customer service skills to rebuild relationships and retain customers. * Act as a key point of contact for Customers and Account Managers to assist with quotes and order related queries. * Retain existing customer business whilst increasing customer experience, satisfaction and loyalty. What you’ll need to succeed * Professional and clear communicator with the ability to build strong customer relationships. * Resilience in managing difficult customer conversations. * Ability to work under pressure. * Desire to provide excellent customer service and the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues.
