Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Channel sales teams.
- Develop and build the Channel sales strategy, aligned with the Exponential-e Sales Strategy.
- Ensure that the four cornerstones of our product portfolio have a proposition for our partners to increase revenue streams.
- Develop the Channel strategy to maximise the business benefits to partners and Exponential-e.
- Provide and develop a clear structured approach to the market that delivers the highest return for the investments made by the business.
- Plan Channel sales strategies and campaigns to enable the recruitment of new partners and to increase reseller market share.
- Advise partners on technology solutions and services that best fulfil their requirements.
- Manage team member activities and training to enable and support Channel Sales in achieving targeted revenue and KPIs.
- Mentor and coach Sales Managers and Channel Sales team members.
- Support Exponential-e's growth and raise the company’s profile within the Vysiion market space.
- Accurate forecasting of anticipated sales and regular activity reporting.
- Coordinate team members’ follow-up on marketing campaigns to ensure all opportunities are explored.
- Attend networking events and manage internal interdepartmental resources to maximise partner revenue opportunities.
- Perform any other fair and reasonable task or duty assigned by your Manager or senior Exponential-e Ltd staff.
Knowledge and experience required:
- Experience in developing and leading a Channel sales strategy within the technology industry.
- Consistent Channel business sales record and experience selling in the Channel market.
- Knowledge of WAN: VPLS, Data Connectivity and Wireless, LAN, Unified Communications, Hosting & Cloud and Managed IT Services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trust and sell on quality and integrity.
- Must be driven, self-motivated and disciplined.
