The Employer

The employer is an MAS registered Singapore-based Single Family Office (SFO) of the promoters of a diversified conglomerate with interests in petrochemical and related manufacturing businesses. For its Finance team, the company is looking for:

Location: Singapore (CBD)

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be part of the finance and accounting team and will be responsible for:

Manage day-to-day accounting, including journal entries and ledger maintenance.
Prepare periodic financial reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Accurately update trades in a cloud-based investment management software.
Reconcile portfolio trades and balances with banks and custodians.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have:

Degree in accounting/finance from a reputed university.
About 2-4 years of work experience in accounting function.
Prior experience in a family office or private equity/VC firms preferred but not essential.
Experience in using Tally/MYOB/QuickBooks/similar accounting software.
Hands‑on. Meticulous. Independent.
Good learner. Willing to work in a lean, multi‑ethnic team.
Good written and oral English communication skills.
