Explosive Learning Solutions is seeking a senior leader to drive apprenticeship assessment sales across the UK, based in Didcot on-site. The Business Development Manager will build partnerships with employers, providers and stakeholders, shaping commercial strategy and leading the AO sales cycle.
You will travel UK-wide, manage a small team when needed, report to the Managing Director and AO Director, and ensure offers comply with education and Ofqual requirements while growing revenue.
