We are looking for a talented Associate Director or Senior Research Manager to deliver high quality research projects for our German-speaking clients. You will have the opportunity to lead on research projects and will play a key part in the day-to-day management of Explori’s clients in German-speaking markets across the trade show and corporate events sectors. As project lead, you will be responsible for taking client briefs, research design and research delivery to ensure high quality insight is delivered within agreed deadlines.

You will be:

  • Experienced in quantitative research survey design and analysis, with any qualitative research experience (e.g. in-depth interviews) a bonus.
  • A fluent German speaker, with an ability to speak English at a professional level. Other languages would be welcomed but are not essential.
  • A confident communicator – comfortable taking requirements from and presenting to a client, with an ability to find the story in the data.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and structure your own activities to deliver projects on time.
  • Professional, articulate and compelling, in person, by phone, video conference and email.
  • Able to work cooperatively with internal teams.
  • Be the lead contact for our German-speaking clients, maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Proposes effective research solutions to clients, proactively identifying opportunities for further revenue generation where appropriate and ensuring business is renewed.
  • Passionate about the role of research in improving performance and customer experience.
  • Tech savvy and willing to adopt new technologies.
  • Preferably based in the UK, and able to undertake regular overseas business travel.
