We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift.

Duties:

  • Conduct the nightly audit process accurately and efficiently
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
  • Assist with security procedures during the night shift
  • Process reservations and cancellations

Requirements:

  • Experience in front desk operations, preferably in a hotel setting
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and handling guest inquiries over the phone
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
